Non-Custom Items
If you receive a non-custom item that arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
3D Printed Item Exchange Policy
While our 3D printed products are designed for everyday use, they may be susceptible to damage if dropped, exposed to excessive heat, or subjected to improper use.
If your 3D printed item breaks during normal use, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or exchange at our discretion.
To request an exchange, please provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged item
Exchanges are limited to the same item or a comparable replacement, depending on product availability.
Crochet & Handmade Fiber Products
Due to the handmade nature of our crochet and fiber products, slight variations in color, texture, size, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time
At Stillweft, each item is handcrafted and/or made to order with care.
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Custom and personalized orders typically require 5–14 business days for production, depending on the complexity of the order.
Processing times may increase during holidays, peak seasons, and large event orders.
Customers will be notified if additional production time is required.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days after shipment; however, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed by Stillweft.
All shipments include:

Up to $100 of insurance coverage through USPS
Delivery updates provided by USPS
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Local Pickup & Delivery

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been accepted by USPS, delivery timelines are under the carrier's control.
If your package:
Arrives damaged
Appears lost in transit
Shows delivered but cannot be located
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or issue being discovered.
We will work with you and USPS to help resolve the situation whenever possible.
